Mark JP Nutter is a successful UK entrepreneur and investor within the FinTech sector. He sold his first ever business at 22 years old before joining one of the UK’s leading technology companies. In 1999, he left and founded his own tech business Isys Group Ltd, specializing in HR and Workforce Management which he later sold to Capita Plc in 2015. Following the sale of his company, Mark relocated to Dubai where after a short-break he began to invest and mentor companies both here in UAE and the UK. He made a significant investment in Arlo Insurance Broker Dubai in 2016 and was appointed Chairman. Mark’s passion for technology and HR has lead him to launching Emirates HR, a business he believes will change the way companies in the region operate and manage their most valuable assets – their staff.

Matthew is an accomplished senior finance professional with over 25 years of international experience and cross sector exposure in finance, corporate finance, treasury and risk management. He is currently CFO Alternative Investments and Infrastructure at Mubadala Investment Company in Abu Dhabi, UAE. He has been with Mubadala Investment since 2014. Mubadala is an investment and development company owned by the Government of Abu Dhabi to support the diversification of the UAE by investing in key social infrastructure and creating globally integrated industry sectors. Matthew is a reference in the market - being the previous President of the Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT), Chairman of the ACT Middle East, Specialist member of the Institute of Risk Management and Advisory Board member - OMFIF Official Monetary and Financial Institutions Forum. He showed early interest in Emirate HR and is one of the first co-founders.

Having previously founded and worked as Managing Director of a UAE based Financial Services business, Daniel is now the CEO of PraxisIFM Trust Limited based in the region’s newest Financial Centre, Abu Dhabi Global Market located on Al Maryah Island. Listed on the International Stock Exchange, PraxisIFM is a multijurisdictional Financial Services Company. As the head of the UAE operation, Daniel works alongside high net-worth individuals, large multinational corporations and Sovereign wealth entities. Daniel has been in the UAE for over 10 years and was involved in Emirates HR in the founding stages.

Mark has over 10 years of experience in Wealth and Investment Management with renown financial institutions. He joined Barclays Wealth and Investment Management-Dubai in July 2012 leading the assets of the bank as the Director of Wealth and Investment. Previously, Mark worked at HSBC both in Dubai and London. His experience is an strength in building Emirates HR strategy.

John is Head of Africa for MoneyGram International, based in Dubai. He has enjoyed a successful career with MoneyGram since 2006. MoneyGram is a global provider of innovative money transfer services and is acclaimed worldwide by individuals and professional from the industry. John holds a Bachelor of Management Studies from University of Waikato, New Zealand. With his precious experience in apps and money transfer, he has decided to invest in Emirates HR and be part of the development process of the product.

Following a degree in biomedicine, Sean moved to the UAE in 2013 to head up the investment strategy team at a regional wealth management firm. During this time, his contribution to the development of high-profile corporate pension schemes led to a move to PraxisIFM Trust Limited in the Abu Dhabi Global Markets. His role at PraxisIFM, the UAE’s first regulated trust company, includes asset management oversight and investment due diligence.

Marc joined Nedbank Private Wealth Dubai in 2013 from Lloyds TSB International, where he gained 14 years of offshore banking and investment experience. Working from the Isle of Man, Jersey and London, he regularly travelled to meet clients in the Middle East and Asia and spent extensive time working in emerging markets such as China and Brazil.
For the past eleven years, Richard Fennell has been leading large cross functional teams of developers, designers and managers in the UK. Building world class mobile apps for renowned brands such as the BBC, he has been working closely with brand publishers and product directors to devise mobile app publishing strategy. Richard came on board as the product and development director of Emirates HR, managing a large team of developers and designers.
Timothy began his career in 1989 with KPMG. He went on to spent nearly a decade with Lloyds Bank as Head of Finance in the UK. He now successful runs his own consultancy business, Murray-Brown Consultancy which operates across multiple sectors. His portfolio includes The Engage Partnership Ltd, Shift2go Ltd, Showcase Events and now Emirates HR.
Lynne has over 9 years of experience in both auditing and accounting. After spending over 10 years in Cape Town as an account, Lynne embarked on a new challenge in 2015 as the Finance Controller of Arlo Associates in Dubai. Lynne holds an Internal Audit degree from the Cape Peninsula Unversity of Technology and CIA Level 1.
Marie-Charlotte joined the team in the early beginning of the project handling the Public Relation and Marketing for Emirates HR. Accomplished Marketing Professional with 12 years’ professional experience on the international scene, she is based in the MENA region for over 6 years. Her previous role as Group Marketing Manager for 3 companies part of Inkas, was marked by an outstanding performance during IDEX 2017 exhibition. Marie-Charlotte has been named influencer of the region and referenced in the 2013 interview project for “The Brand Leaders in the Middle East”. She is also well-known for her charity activities in her previous roles including a What’s On Award nomination for Ramadan Art Exhibition Project in 2012 in Abu Dhabi, Red Crescent Awards for 2 leading charity events in 2012, nomination for Boschendal Style Awards with David Higgs in 2011 in South Africa. She holds an MBA Entrepreneurship degree from EDHEC Business School, one of the top leading Business and Finance School in Europe obtained in December 2012.
Alice is the newest member of Emirates HR supporting senior management in her new role. After graduating from The University of Leeds with a degree in History of Art, she joined Artemis Investment in 2009. After a further 5 years as executive assistant for both Searchlight Capital Partners and RWC groups, Alice then moved to Dubai in 2016.
