Challenge.

NIA Limited, is a business enterprise dealing in consumer electronics and home appliances in the United Arab Emirates and other parts of the Middle East. With over 250 employees, supplying the most advanced chillers and VRF systems to over 1,000 projects such as airports, powerplants, hospitals, universities and more.

“HR within our organization was slow moving as we had a paper-based system for almost all HR functions. This meant that leave applications were moving from one table to another and one office location to another.
