Senior Software Sales Consultant
As a Senior Software Sales Consultant, you will have a proven track record in hitting sales targets in the HR/Payroll software market. Working closely with the Sales Director and wider sales team you will identify, qualify and close new business using consultative sales techniques while managing your individual pipeline. Naturally you will be able to build strong relationships with prospects in a short amount of time as well as have strong communication and presentation skills.
Business Development Executive
Being a Business Development Executive at EmiratesHR means you will proactively generate and qualify new business opportunities. You will work closely with the marketing team as well as the Sales Director to research and identify opportunities in different areas/sectors and reach out to businesses via phone/email/WebEx and in person to generate interest in the EmiratesHR value proposition and manage the sales process as well as your pipeline and target.
Junior Software Sales Executive
At EmiratesHR we are always looking for individuals who have the right attitude and are keen to learn. As a Junior Software Sales Executive experience is not essential but having the right attitude is. Working with the Sales Director and wider sales team you will be trained to manage all aspects of the software sales process. You will need to be articulate and a good communicator with an eye for detail but most importantly, willing to learn and progress.

Senior Implementation Manager
Working with our enterprise-level clients, the Senior Implementation Manager will be responsible for the delivery of Emirates HR from post-sale thru to handover of the live system. The successful candidate will combine core communication, time-management and organisational skills with a passion for providing an outstanding level of service to our clients. Previous project management experience and strong problem-solving skills are essential for the role, plus the candidate should be comfortable engaging with key stakeholders and presenting to large groups.
Working with our SME clients, the Implementation Manager will be responsible for the delivery of Emirates HR from post-sale thru to handover of the live system. Whilst previous project management experience is not essential for the role, the successful candidate’s work history should demonstrate core competencies such as time-management, problem-solving, organisational and communication skills, plus they should have a passion for providing an outstanding level of service to Clients. Progression in this role is to Senior Implementation Manager.
Data Support Clerk
Working alongside the Implementation team, the Data Support Clerk will be responsible for supporting the Implementation Managers as they deliver Emirates HR to our clients. The role will predominantly involve uploading and auditing of client data, however, additional duties will be given as needed. This is an entry-level position with no previous work experience required, however, the successful candidate should demonstrate they are organized, hardworking, enthusiastic, and willing to learn & develop in the role. Progression in this role is to either an Implementation Manager or Customer Service Agent.
Working with our SME and enterprise level clients, the Account Manager will serve as the lead point of contact for all account matters post-system handover and aim to build long-lasting client relationships. The successful candidate will maintain consistent contact with their client account by initiating regular onsite reviews, providing training on new functionality, and marketing new products & services relevant to the clients needs. A background in account management is required, ideally handling corporate accounts in the UAE, whilst experience in both customer support and sales will be viewed favourably.
Client Servicing Agent
Working in the Client Experience team, the Client Servicing Agent will serve as the first line of support for all incoming user enquiries and will aim to provide support in a timely and professional manner. The successful candidate will need to manage & prioritize a high volume of incoming enquiries, escalating serious issues to the relevant team, whilst simultaneously maintaining client records. Experience dealing with clients via email and telephone is important, however, we are really looking for someone who always go the extra mile for a client and is enthusiastic about being part of Emirates HR.
