Client Service Team

Implementation Project Manager (Arabic Speaking)

We are looking for an Implementation Project Manager (Arabic Speaking) to drive long-lasting partnerships with our customers, helping them onboard and grow with EmiratesHR. In this role, you will leverage a consultative approach, applying best practices to develop roll-out strategies, execute implementations, conduct trainings, and increase product adoption within new accounts.

Service Desk Lead

The service desk manager is responsible for managing daily operations of the service desk, managing the service desk team, representing the team to other stakeholders, and helping to ensure that the service desk is constantly developing and improving.

Content Production Specialist
